Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Support Representative. Located in Kiryat Ono, but with the flexibility to work from home, the Support Representative will handle daily tasks such as customer service, technical support, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, providing product support, and contributing to continuous service improvement. The role involves both remote and on-site duties to effectively support the company's diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Technical Support skills
• Experience with Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving
• Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of GSM, VOIP services, and SIM card management
• Familiarity with hosted PBX and billing engines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage
