Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located either in our Tel Aviv or Manchester office for a Corporate Lawyer. A large part of the Corporate Lawyer's work will be M&A transactions and investment related deals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Corporate Law. Banking and Finance experience is an advantage
  • UK Qualified Solicitor, 2-4 years PQE; other common law jurisdictions will be considered
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
