The Collectors House Concierge role is at the heart of this mission: ensuring that our collectors receive the most refined and tailored experience possible — not only in the gallery, but across every touchpoint of their relationship with EDEN.
Role Summary
As a Collectors House Concierge, you will serve as the personal point of contact for our collectors. Your role has to types of activities: services & campaigns. Services such as anticipating needs, coordinating bespoke experiences, answering & aligning logistical needs, ensuring seamless service across all aspects of collectors' engagement with EDEN.
Second, are bespoke campaigns to engage with our collectors, managing them from end to end, coming up with novel & refined concepts to production, delivery, and post campaign support, you will embody the elegance, discretion, and sophistication expected by our clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for designated collectors, ensuring a personalized and discreet service.
- Coordinate private gallery tours, exclusive previews, and artist studio visits.
- Manage collector travel arrangements related to art fairs, exhibitions, and EDEN events.
- Oversee fine art logistics, including white-glove delivery, installation, and care coordination.
- Provide lifestyle concierge support, from reservations and cultural recommendations to VIP event access.
- Anticipate collectors' needs and craft proactive solutions that elevate their EDEN journey.
- Collaborate with gallery teams, curators, and operations to ensure seamless experiences.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Take personal care of incoming collector requests & complaints, coordinating with all the relevant internal departments
- Collector email campaigns, create and distribute an exclusive newsletter on a regular basis.
- Development and execution of Full collector retention program.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality, luxury services, concierge services, or client relations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of luxury lifestyle standards, cultural etiquette, and refined service.
- Proven ability to anticipate client needs and deliver solutions with elegance.
- Impeccable discretion and professionalism.
- Perfect Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued.
Preferred:
- Experience in the art world, luxury brands, or cultural institutions.
- Established global network in hospitality, travel, or cultural sectors.
- Passion for art, culture, and design.
