Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Attorney specializing in torts and insolvency. The position is located in Afula. The attorney will be responsible for managing cases, providing legal counsel to clients, preparing and reviewing legal documents, appearing in court, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with colleagues to build strong legal strategies for clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in tort law and insolvency law
• Strong skills in legal research, legal writing, and case management
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and court forms
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle negotiations and settlements effectively
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and establish strong client relationships
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the relevant bar association
• Experience or familiarity with court proceedings
