We are looking for a
Data Scientist
to join our Data & AI Division and help develop and implement cutting-edge Data Science solutions in the healthcare domain. The role involves working with both tabular and textual data, combining classical Machine Learning models with advanced Generative AI technologies, and collaborating closely with a wide range of business and technical stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end projects: define business problems, perform data exploration, develop models, and deploy solutions to production environments
  • Conduct advanced analytical analyses, including KPI definitions and extraction of actionable business insights
  • Develop and implement Machine Learning and NLP models, including Generative AI use cases
  • Process and analyze text from diverse medical data sources
  • Work with Big Data infrastructure including Elastic, Kafka, and Spark
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, analysts, and medical domain experts

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience
    in developing models in the DS/ML domain with tabular data –
    required
  • At least 3 years of experience
    with Python and SQL –
    required
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience
    with
    Generative AI
    –
    required
  • Proven experience with
    text and NLP
    –
    required
  • Experience in deploying code to
    production
    and practical understanding of development/QA/production environments –
    required
  • Experience with
    Spark
    –
    advantage
  • Experience with
    Elastic/Kafka
    –
    advantage
  • Relevant Master's degree
    –
    advantage
