Manage and maintain a shared cloud environment for the project manager and planning team.

About the Role

Develop and deliver training for the planning team on documentation protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all plans and deliverables are properly cataloged and uploaded according to the codification standards established for project documents.
  • Organize and structure cloud folders in a clear and intuitive hierarchy that will serve the project throughout its duration and align with submission requirements to the client.
  • Monitor and verify receipt of all required materials from the client; follow up and request missing items when necessary.
  • Track and file RFIs (Requests for Information) and NTCs (Notices to Contractor) issued by the project management and contractor teams.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in cloud storage platforms (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Strong command of file organization and digital archiving best practices
  • Familiarity with project documentation standards and codification systems
  • Experience with RFI and NTC tracking tools or systems

Project Coordination:

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (project manager, planning team, contractor)
  • Skilled in setting up and maintaining structured digital environments for long-term projects
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering project workflows (advantage)

Communication & Training:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Ability to create and deliver training materials for team onboarding
  • Strong interpersonal skills for follow-ups and coordination with clients and contractors
