Job Description:

The Head of Finance will lead and oversee all financial activities of Pollogen , ensuring the company maintains strong financial health This role involves delivering periodic forecasts and reports, delivering financial and strategic insights for decision-making, managing budgeting processes, monitoring performance, and implementing company financial policies. This role combines hands-on financial management with strategic partnership across departments and corporate stakeholders. and will make high-level decisions affecting the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives in the medical devices and home-use devices sectors.

·      Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with company goals.

·      Manage cash flow and working capital: monitor inflows/outflows, forecast future cash needs, and implement optimization strategies to support growth.

·      Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.

·      Ensure regulatory and accounting compliance with applicable standards (IFRS/Israeli GAAP) and industry regulations; implement robust internal controls.

·      Manage relationships with corporate stakeholders, auditors, and other financial partners.

·      Evaluate and manage financial risks, including market trends and economic factors affecting the medical device sectors.

·      Support strategic and business initiatives such as product launches and market expansion.

·      Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.

·      Lead and manage a finance team of five (Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable) and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.

·      Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and the board of directors.

·      Oversee daily finance operations and drive process efficiency and accuracy.

·      Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

·      BA in accounting, Finance, Economic or related field.

·      CPA (Israeli CPA or equivalent) required

·      Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

·      8–10 years of experience in financial administration, with track record in a regulated or semi-regulated industry (preferably medical devices or healthcare).

·      Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage the financial health of the company.

·      Strong business acumen

·      Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

·      Proficiency with USGAAP/Israeli GAAP, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QV), and business intelligence tools.

·      Excellent communication skills in Hebrew; fluent English for board-level reporting is preferred.

·      Experience with external audits, regulatory filings, and internal controls.
