Correctors Manager

We are looking for a Correctors Manager who will be responsible for managing the daily work of the correctors team.

Major areas of responsibility:

ZRM mailbox

• Ensure that the team's work in mailbox is carried out in the best way.
• Ensure that all required goals (kpi's) are met.
• (First response / completed in SLA completed after 48 hours.)
• Monitor the quality of emails handled by the team.

GSS

• Maintain daily communication with the GSS to support and help solve problems.
• Improving work processes with the GSS.
• To ensure good customer experience regarding the Draft process.

Routines Management

• Weekly meetings
• Monthly meetings
• Once a month personal meeting with the employee
• BI & Tableau reports

Knowledge

• Improving the professional knowledge of the team (training sessions)
• Share guidelines in work process

Requirements:

• Academic education – a must
• 3 years of experience in work processes
• Experience in management – an advantage
• High level of spoken and written English – mandatory
• Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High level of Office tools especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge in BI & Tableau reports – advantage
• Knowledge of ZRM system - advantage
• Experience in working with the GSS – advantage
• Ability to present in front of an audience
