Natural Software Developer – BO & Securities Systems - Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange

About the Company

We are looking for an experienced Natural Software Developer for the Securities Systems and BO Infrastructure Section. The section is responsible for the applicative infrastructures of BO systems and for core BO systems, including: the Securities System, the Payments and Corporate Actions System, the Mutual Funds System, and the Trading Back-Office systems.

About the Role

The role includes:

  • Planning changes and enhancements to BO systems in accordance with the requirements of the business departments and the Exchange's work plan, including writing specification documents, code development, preparing test documents, implementation, user support, and more.
  • Supporting the ongoing operational activities of BO systems, including handling production incidents and providing user and operational support.
  • Participating in evening on-call rotations.
  • Working with external parties in Israel and abroad.
  • Writing technical documents in Hebrew and English.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in development with Natural.
  • Working with the Adabas database.
  • Experience with the Eclipse/ Natural One development environment – an advantage.
  • Experience writing Bash scripts – advantage.
  • Working with Linux operating systems – advantage.
  • Knowledge in development with C and Python – advantage.
  • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence and Git – advantage.
  • Strong systemic view and solid business understanding.
  • Strong teamwork skills alongside the ability to work and learn independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure while providing fast and professional responses.
  • Willingness and ability to work extended hours beyond regular working hours.

Qualifications

  • Experience in development with Natural.
  • Working with the Adabas database.
