Digital Systems Manager

Location: Petach Tikva (Work in Client's site. Hybrid, one day work from home)

Job Description:

In an era where digital systems are at the forefront of technology and hold top business priority in the Israeli market, the Digital domain is a leader in technological innovation.

The candidate will join a leading technology department within the organization.

As part of the role, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting development teams in managing and deploying code, both on on-premises infrastructure and in the cloud
  • Setting up CI/CD processes
  • Maintaining application infrastructure in both on-premises and cloud environments
  • Leading modernization projects for infrastructure and information systems

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in System Administration or similar role
  • 5 years of deep experience with Windows and Linux-based operating systems
  • Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps, including:

    a. Administration

    b. Building CI/CD pipelines

    c. Permissions management

    d. Backups
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio (VS), NuGet, and NPM modules in .NET environments
  • Experience working with GIT environments
  • Knowledge and experience with Azure services – including App Services, Active Directory (AD), Backups, Blob Storage, and Virtual Machines (VMs)
  • Experience managing and maintaining IIS servers in production environments
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, VNET, VPN
  • Experience working with internal and external certificates
  • Support for development teams
  • Scripting with PowerShell (PS) – understanding objects, loops, Lists, and Dictionaries
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure – both Azure and AWS

  • Strong service orientation, teamwork skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and experience managing complex interfaces

  • Team player

  • Out-of-the-box thinking
  • Ability to work in a multi-interface environment
  • Flexibility for non-standard working hours

Advantages:

  • Familiarity with CD tools like Octopus Deploy
  • Experience with Internal Developer Portal (IDP)
