The role 
The Regatta Connect team builds and maintains the ecosystem around Regatta. 

We are looking for a Regatta Connect Engineer and Architect to design and develop products that enable seamless access to Regatta for all types of applications.

Owning a diverse range of products—including database drivers, ORM integrations, data connectors, and the Regatta SaaS cloud platform—our team operates at the intersection of multiple technologies and contexts. We tackle complex software and algorithmic challenges, designing for performance, scalability, resiliency, and security at every layer. With a strong focus on agility, we continuously adapt to evolving developer needs, ensuring seamless connectivity across a dynamic and ever-expanding tech landscape. 

Everybody at Regatta, regardless of work experience, has full ownership of the product's architecture and design, software development, and quality assurance. In addition to hands-on software engineering work, we highly encourage leadership, communication, teamwork, and cooperation. 

Requirements

Must Have: 

• BSc in Computer Science 
• Fast learner with a passion for new technologies 
• Strong analytical skills with a systematic and execution-focused mindset
• Fluent in English 
• High level of personal drive and ambition 

Nice-to-Have (Optional): 

• Experience with database connectivity technologies such as JDBC, ODBC, Kafka, and other database connectors 
• Hands-on experience with various databases and application environments 
• Proficiency in developing and integrating Spring-based applications 

The role is on-site at Regatta's offices in Binyamina. 
Regatta's offices are conveniently located right near the Binyamina train station.
