Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support Specialist based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Technical Support Specialist will address customer issues, provide effective resolutions, and ensure a seamless user experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting technical problems, analyzing user reports, and delivering exceptional customer support to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose problems and implement appropriate solutions
  • Experience in Customer Support and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address client needs
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Familiarity with AI-powered or tech-based platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage
