About Us

We're a fast-growing marketing agency that specializes in helping top plastic surgeons in the US attract and convert patients. Through paid ads, lead qualification, and advanced sales processes, we book prepaid consultations for surgeons, ensuring they only meet serious, financially qualified patients.

We're looking for motivated Internal Appointment Setters to join our remote team. Your role will be critical: you'll be the bridge between our leads and our clients' practices, converting interest into paid consultations.


Responsibilities

* Call, text, and email leads within minutes of inquiry.

* Build rapport and educate patients about procedures.

* Qualify patients based on interest, financial readiness, and timeline.

* Collect consultation fees upfront via secure payment links.

* Schedule appointments directly into surgeons' calendars.

* Follow scripts and rebuttals while adapting to each conversation.

* Track and update CRM sheets daily.

* Report results to Sales Manager and attend weekly team calls.


Qualifications

* Prior experience in appointment setting, ISA work, or call center sales.

* Excellent spoken and written English (neutral, US or British accent preferred).

* Strong communication and persuasion skills.

* Reliable internet and quiet workspace for calls.

* Ability to follow structured processes while thinking on your feet.

* Comfortable handling objections and discussing financial commitments.

* Detail-oriented, disciplined, and consistent.


Preferred but Not Required

* Experience in plastic surgery, medspa, or healthcare sales.

* Familiarity with GoHighLevel or other CRMs.

* US time zones availability.
