Simultec Chief Engineer will manage technical aspects of Simultec projects to ensure proper support for T&S group in Israel and independent projects
Will report to Simultec's Deputy General Manager and to the T&S Engineering group manager in Israel
Job will be performed in Simultec subsidiary facilities near Bucharest, Romania. Duration – 2 years of relocation (extension is an option) תחומי אחריות
:Roles & Responsibilities
Act as interface and technical POC for development activities in Israel
Leading engineering projects development lifecycle process (SRR, Design reviews, development, integrations and acceptance)
Make sure development is performed according to Elbit's regulations
Marketing (new business) - engineering support for tenders/proposals (RFI, RFPs etc.)
Monitoring of development work plans, including budget aspects
Researching ways the company's technological assets can be improved ניסיון מקצועי
:Requierments
T&S Technical manager experience (or equivalent)
Good familiarization with T&S group technologies and infrastructure (OneSim, OneCgf, IG solutions)
Good familiarization with T&S group projects – Air, Ground, Embedded and Naval
High level of controlling English (Romanian – Advantage)
Software background – Advantage
Leadership capabilities
Experience with marketing proposals/tenders activities
Good personal communication skills
Budgeting skills
