ABOUT THE ROLE: 

As a BIM Specialist at Buildots, you'll engage with diverse projects globally and manage Buildots' Digital Twin technology. This role is crucial in integrating client projects into the Buildots system.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Digital Twin Management: Oversee Buildots' Digital Twin technology for various global projects, ensuring accurate representation within the client's project environment. 
• Model Integration: Create and manage the process for integrating clients' models into Buildots' system, which includes reviewing drawings, reviewing 3D BIM models, and other technical tasks. 
• Model Review and Updates: Regularly review client model management systems for model updates, save the latest models, and update Buildots' federated models. 
• Change Management: Investigate model changes and generate reports for buildots operation teams. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent). 
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in construction projects using BIM.
• Strong understanding of the latest BIM standards and compliance requirements. 
• In-depth knowledge of architectural design and planning (advantage).
• Technical proficiency in handling complex systems. 
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in task execution.
• Adaptive and quick to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong multitasking abilities. 
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and team-oriented approach.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• Essential Software Experience: Revit, NavisWorks. 
• Preferred Software Experience: Solibri, Syncro, AutoCAD, MS Project, P6, Powerproject.
