We are looking for a bookkeeper that will handle the following:

AP (Accounts Payable)

  • Maintaining Automatic invoices
  • Recording all non -automatic invoices
  • Correspondence with vendors
  • Preparing FI reports
  • Checking and approving suppliers' invoices in WF

Other FI issues

  • Digitizing Vendors contracts
  • Updating vendors tariffs
  • Performance journal entries
  • ZIMAPS
Requirements
  • Certified Bookkeeper- Type 3 - a must
  • BA in economics/ Business Administration -an advantage
  • 1-2 years of practical experience as bookkeeper- a must
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, mainly Excel - a must
  • Working proficiency in English (verbal and written) -a must
  • Experience with SAP system - an advantage
