create innovative and captivating gaming experiences that engage and thrill players.

We're looking for an ambitious and sharp Senior User Acquisition Manager to join us. This

is a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing gaming company and make a

significant impact on the industry.

Responsibilities:

● Hands-on management of large-scale campaigns across multiple marketing

channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, DSPs, Offer-walls and others)

● Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the mobile gaming

industry, including publishers and marketing partners.

● Develop, refine, and implement user acquisition strategies.

● Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices, while combining latest

insights and data, continually refining our marketing messaging.

● Plan and oversee high marketing budgets, set up, and optimize paid campaigns on

multiple platforms and channels, to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)

● Work with a creative team to create visually appealing assets.

● Collaborate with product team, BA, BI and other cross-teams.

● Monitor and analyze Marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of our content

and identify opportunities for improvement.

● Develop an efficient growth process in ongoing relationships, identify new

opportunities, plan, test and implement new customer acquisition channels

● Perform market research and analyze user behavior to identify new trends and

opportunities.

Requirements:

● 3+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager/Media Buyer in the Gaming

Industry.

● Proven ability to lead projects with a positive "can-do" attitude.

● Sharp-minded and creative thinker with a passion for marketing.

● Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, capable of analyzing data, drawing

conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations.

● Initiative & leadership capabilities

● Proficiency in Excel – must, SQL - an advantage.

● Great communication and collaboration skills

Working from the office only, 5 days a week.

Company located in Tel Aviv near Sarona Market.
