Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced  Delivery Manager who will be responsible for leading end-to-end large scale software projects within the engineering group, working with Core R&D teams and manage interfaces with other technology units within the company. 

The Delivery Manager will also be responsible for planning, monitoring and delivering Core R&D releases to a planned schedule, scope, and KPIs.  

The Delivery Manager works independently, under general and professional guidelines, on routine tasks, problem resolution and any escalations, when required; as well as collaborate with internal groups. 

Responsibilities: 

  • The role requires integration with all of the relevant interfaces and factors involved – software architects, tech leads, product managers, delivery and release managers, IT, solutions and R&D and testing teams cross the company 
  • You will lead, facilitate, synchronize and track progress of the various cross-company teams involved in the project and help build and improve processes across the R&D organization. 
  • Oversight and direction of all delivery execution activities including scoping, scheduling, quality, and performance associated with the R&D core releases 
  • Managed and develop internal processes to support effective flow and increase productivity 
  • Facilitate, synchronize and track progress of the various cross-company teams: Development, Product, infrastructure, integrations, etc. 
  • Define and track delivery KPIs and conduct data analysis for delivery matters such as budget vs. actual, resource utilization, quality and scope 
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Delivery management/Release management / program experience in software projects 
  • Display a positive and proactive attitude in all interactions with internal and external parties 
  • Proven track record of handling large complex projects and datasets, while being detail-oriented and maintain accuracy 
  • Experience working with KPI metrics 
  • Strong analytical skills and technical orientation - experience in data analysis and reports creation 
  • Proficient in Jira, Excel and PPT (MS Suite in general), and Business Intelligence tools 
  • Independent, self-starter with multi-cultural experience 
  • Superior organizational and administrative skills 
  • Ability to navigate high-pressure situations, identify problems and provide solutions 
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability 
  • English at professional level
