לקבוצת תדביק, חברה תעשייתית ציבורית וגלובאלית, דרוש/ה חשב/ת קבוצה למטה בפ"ת – תפקיד מרכזי, מגוון ובעל השפעה רחבה על פעילות הקבוצה בארץ ובחו"ל.

תחומי אחריות:

  • הובלת מערך הדיווח של הקבוצה – דוחות חודשיים, רבעוניים ושנתיים, בהתאם לדרישות רגולטוריות ולסטנדרטים בינלאומיים.
  • תיאום וניהול מערכות הכספים של כלל חברות הקבוצה: ריכוז תקציבים, איחוד הדוחות הכספיים, הגשת דוחות שנתיים למס הכנסה, ביצוע בקרה תקציבית, והטמעת בקרות פנימיות אפקטיביות.
  • אחריות חשבונאית ופיננסית על חברות הבנות בארץ ובחו"ל, כולל אחריות מלאה על אחד הסגמנטים הייחודיים של הקבוצה.
  • מתן תמיכה מקצועית למחלקת הכספים של חברת האם – תדביק בע"מ – בפארק תעשיות משגב (עד יומיים בשבוע).
  • דיווח ישיר לסמנכ"ל הכספים של הקבוצה.

דרישות התפקיד:

  • רו"ח מוסמך/ת – חובה.
  • ניסיון של 2–3 שנים בתפקיד חשב/ת קבוצה או תפקיד דומה – יתרון משמעותי.
  • ניסיון קודם מחברה תעשייתית – יתרון.
  • יכולת עבודה בסביבה דינמית, תחת לחץ ובניהול מספר משימות במקביל.
  • יחסי אנוש מצוינים, יכולת הנעה והובלת תהליכים חוצי ארגון.
  • שליטה גבוהה באקסל, ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות ERP – חובה.
  • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
