Manufacturing Engineer – Join Our Engineering Team


Location: Netanya, Israel

A leading company in the development and production of advanced electronic systems is seeking a
Manufacturing Engineer
to join our engineering department.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, implementing innovative manufacturing methods, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Israel and abroad.

What you will do:

  • Plan and implement new manufacturing processes for advanced electronic products.
  • Improve existing processes to increase productivity, enhance quality, and reduce costs.
  • Prepare work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Provide technical support to production lines and train operators.
  • Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma).

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Electronics or relevant practical engineering degree.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, preferably in electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic assembly processes (SMT, THT).
  • Experience with ERP systems (Priority / SAP – strong advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular).
  • Fluent Hebrew and English (spoken and written).

Advantages:

  • Experience with IPC / ISO standards.
  • Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience working with subcontractors (local and overseas).
  • Knowledge in designing production tools and fixtures.
