Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented, passionate and hard-working Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role combines general and administrative procurement end to end responsibilities with operational support to ensure esh OS business processes run smoothly, with high quality, and efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesGeneral Procurement:
- Manage procurement processes across the G&A department and consultants across all departments, including vendor selection and contract negotiation with an emphasis on regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and fulfill procurement needs.
- Coordinate with our external legal team to review and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Operational:
- Manage cross-group reports and projects, providing solutions, removing roadblocks.
- Cross company police procedures in the world of procurement and operations (Write, implement, maintain and audit relevant procedures).
- Organize and manage cross function within the company/esh group meetings, including taking notes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Communicate meeting outcomes and next steps to all participants to keep projects on track.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, operations, or a related field from a SAAS Product company - A must
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BSc) in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economics, Law, or a related field (required).
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with near-native fluency.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and other Office applications.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure work environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail; capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) - an advantage.
- Prior experience in a SaaS company - an advantage.
- Technical knowledge or experience in high-tech environments - an advantage.
