We are looking for PCB Layout Designer to join our Layout Design team which is part of SolarEdge Hardware division.

The Layout Design team is responsible for the layout designs of all the Hardware products/projects.

You will work with our Hardware and Mechanics engineers.

The work includes working with Power, Analog, Digital and Communication circuits.

This position is very challenging, and you will work on several projects, under a tight schedule and in a dynamic environment.

What will you do:

  • Layout design of PCBs in our products.
  • Working close with mechanical engineers, R&D teams and Reliability teams.
  • Working in Cadence Allegro + OrCad Capture environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, self-learning, good communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience with PCB layout.
  • At least 3 years of experience with OrCad PCB designer / Cadence Allegro.
  • Experienced with constraint driven layout design and Allegro Constraint Manager.
  • Familiar with controlled impedance design.
  • Familiar with HV Design and grounding practices.
  • Familiar with digital / analog mixed signal considerations.
  • Experience with DFM considerations and DFA/DFM reports and their consequences.
  • Experience in tape-out procedures, manufacturing files preparation, readme files.
