As our AI-Oriented inbound Project Manager, you'll lead software projects that leverage artificial intelligence to optimize workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve overall productivity. You'll utilize AI-driven tools and methodologies to provide real-time visibility, predictive insights, and automation in managing project lifecycles.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee software development projects from inception to delivery, collaborating with R&D, Product, and Design teams.
• Implement AI-powered project management tools to provide real-time insights, forecasts, and automation of routine tasks.
• Integrate predictive analytics to proactively identify project risks, resource bottlenecks, and delivery issues.
• Establish and monitor project KPIs using AI-generated analytics and dashboards.
• Facilitate regular status updates and AI-driven retrospective analysis, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Foster communication and alignment across teams, leveraging AI to enhance collaboration and transparency.
• Report directly to leadership, presenting clear, AI-enhanced data on project status, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Key Initiatives You'll Lead

• AI-enhanced task tracking and resource allocation systems.
• Automated risk assessment and predictive project health monitoring.
• Real-time project status dashboards integrating multiple data sources.
• Integration of AI-driven analytics into project retrospectives and post-mortem analyses.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in software project management, preferably within agile environments.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional software teams (R&D, Product, Design).
• Familiarity with AI-driven project management tools (e.g., predictive analytics, automated task management, intelligent reporting).
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data to inform strategic decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate AI-driven insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with software development in AI, machine learning, or data-intensive environments.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, including predictive analytics and process automation.
• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum Master).
• Proactive leader who leverages AI tools effectively to anticipate challenges and streamline processes.
• Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for teams and management.
