מנהל/ת מוצר
מוכשר/ת שיצטרף לצוות הפיתוח העסקי והטכנולוגי שלנו. מדובר בתפקיד מפתח המשפיע ישירות על כיוון המוצרים העתידיים של החברה, משלב האפיון ועד ההשקה בשוק.

תחומי אחריות:

· ניהול מחזור חיי מוצר מלא: משלב הייזום, דרך פיתוח ויישום ועד השקה.

· עבודה צמודה עם צוותי ,R&D ,QA שיווק ומכירות להבטחת מענה מיטבי לצרכי הלקוחות.

· ניהול תקשורת מול ספקים, שותפים עסקיים ומפיצים ברחבי העולם.

· ליווי תהליכי אינטגרציה של מוצרים עם מערכות צד ג' (VMS, אנליטיקה, פתרונות ענן וכו')

· ניהול פיילוטים מול לקוחות אסטרטגיים והעברת משוב לצוותי הפיתוח.

· אחריות על הדרכות פנימיות וחיצוניות בנוגע למוצר.

דרישות התפקיד:

· ניסיון של לפחות
שנתיים
בניהול מוצר (עדיפות לעולמות ה־CCTV, IoT, סייבר או תקשורת)

· הבנה עמוקה בטכנולוגיות רשת, וידאו ופרוטוקולים (ONVIF, RTSP, SDKs, APIs).

· יכולת אנליטית גבוהה לניהול דרישות מורכבות ותעדוף משימות.

· ניסיון בעבודה בסביבה גלובלית מול שווקים בינלאומיים.

· שליטה מלאה בעברית ובאנגלית (כתיבה, קריאה ודיבור).

· יכולת פרזנטציה גבוהה ועמידה מול לקוחות ושותפים עסקיים.

· תואר ראשון בהנדסה/מדעי המחשב/מנהל עסקים – יתרון.

יתרון משמעותי:

· ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות וידאו לניהול אבטחה ,VMS, NVR) מצלמות חכמות(

· היכרות עם סטנדרטים בתחום הסייבר (GDPR, CRA, UL, ISO).

· רקע טכני בהטמעת מערכות ופתרונות תוכנה/חומרה מורכבים.
