So, what's the role all about?
As a
Student Data Science at the X-Sight AI and DS team
, you'll join our core delivery team to work on cutting-edge Fintech challenges. This is your chance to dive into real-world DS and AI practice, collaborate closely with experienced data scientists, analysts, and developers, and get practical expertise in applicative DS and AI. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience with advanced DS and AI practices, while collaborating with senior data scientists and analysts.

How will you make an impact?

• Contribute to state-of-the-art DS and AI practices for detecting and preventing FinCrimes
• Write clear, modular code in Python and SQL
• Contribute to our analytical global libraires, which serve all of our clients
• Contribute and participate in cross-organization data science meetings
• Participate in daily team activities, presentations and knowledge sharing

Have you got what it takes?

• Currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics or other relevant field
• Completed at least one year of academic studies and have 2 remaining semesters (expected graduation by Oct 2026)
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and an appetite for complex challenges
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and driving solutions independently
• Solid communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Relevant work experience
• Experience with SQL queries over big and complexed datasets
• Experience with DataRobot or any other autoML platform
