We're looking for an Applications Full-stack Team Lead to lead a talented team in designing, developing, and delivering world-class user-centric applications. You will shape the architecture, tools, and development practices of the frontend and backend systems, ensuring a seamless experience for a massive ecosystem of financial organizations, investors, and asset issuers.

You will play a critical role in the entire product lifecycle, from conception to rollout, working closely with product, design, and business teams globally. As part of a fast-moving, innovative startup, we value diverse perspectives and a passion for building the future of digital assets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Mentor: Manage and mentor a team of frontend and full-stack developers, driving technical excellence and fostering professional growth.
  • Architect and Develop: Design and build user-centric applications using React, , and TypeScript with complex features and responsive, scalable UI/UX.
  • Innovate and Optimize: Develop robust, maintainable, testable, and efficient code while driving innovation in development practices and tools.
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with product, design, and business teams to create elegant, usable, responsive, and interactive interfaces.
  • Ensure Quality: Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD methodologies within cloud-based containerized environments.

About You

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading a team of developers, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
  • Technical Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in Full Stack development with a focus on both frontend and backend.
  • Advanced proficiency in React, , and TypeScript is required.
  • Strong understanding of web application architecture and scalable system design.
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and caching solutions like Redis.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based environments, containerized systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Design and UX Focus: Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design principles and UX.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Motivation and Curiosity: Passionate about learning new things, taking on challenges, and building cutting-edge software.
  • Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
