ForSight Robotics is seeking a highly motivated, service-oriented, and energetic professional to serve as our Front Desk & Executive Projects Coordinator. This role combines being the welcoming face of the company with providing organizational and administrative support to the senior leadership team, including coordination of cross-company projects and international scheduling.

Our company will improve the way ophthalmic surgery is delivered to vision impaired individuals now and for decades to come. We are rapidly growing, funded by leading international VCs, and are looking to expand our team.
ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Office Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and suppliers.
- Manage front desk operations and Office admin tasks.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment.
Executive & Leadership Support
- Provide direct administrative and organizational assistance to the senior leadership team.
- Manage complex calendars and prioritize meetings across multiple executives.
- Plan, book, and coordinate travel itineraries and logistics, including international travel.
- Prepare materials and provide support for high-level meetings with management, board members, and external partners.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Cross-Company Coordination
- Lead and support cross-organizational projects and initiatives.
- Assist in organizing company events, leadership offsites, and board meetings.
- Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Bachelor's degree, or the role may also be suitable for a student available for an 80% position.
- Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in an Executive Assistant / Office Manager / Administrative Coordinator role within a global high-tech company or startup – an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
- High service orientation, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with international travel coordination and high-level meeting planning.
- Flexibility and resilience within a dynamic startup culture.
- Availability and willingness to work in a part-time position (80%).
