We are looking for a Part-Time Purchasing Admin to join our team in Tel Aviv, Israel.
The Purchasing Admin is a critical role within the Global Operation organization that will oversee, manage and implement payment methods, lead purchasing projects in various areas and be the focal point of all departmental and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become a business partner to various of internal and external stakeholders
  • Implementation and testing of process improvements and changes
  • Provide reviews and reports to interested departments of the company
  • Plan, Execute and Manage multiple Purchasing transactions

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in operations roles
  • Understanding of finance operations
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and experience in preparing reports and organizing data
  • Analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset
  • Self-learner, passionate about procurement
  • Eagar to learn and meet new challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Great team player
  • Fluent English
