1. Hunt for new small customers and prospect for best fit potential customers using various direct methods.

3. Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets 

4. Identify potential customer issues and solve them in collaboration with the sales/trade/CS team 

5. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales

6. Develop strategic and tactic sales plans of the field to accommodate personal and corporate goals

1. Business Management/ Marketing/ Logistics or broad experience in sales.

2. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Field Sales/Outdoor sales/ Sales hunting positions in the logistics industry (advantage) or other B2B industries

3. Experience working in Global Company in FF/NVOCC/Shipping is high advantage

4. Proven experience in developing Small & Medium enterprises and developing interfaces in previous positions

5. Excellent control of country's local language and business English language level
