As a Regional Sales Director EMEA, you will be building and growing your region's sales velocity, with a focus on hunting/New logo ARR. You will be working to build a regional channel-first sales motion, initially tapping support from the Tel Aviv HQ but soon enough, recruit your GTM team in London.

Responsibilities
  • EMEA (South Europe) New logos sales & channel development 
  • Pushing IONIX's brand awareness through carefully curated marketing events / bespoke partnerships 
  • Craft an effective sales motion, befitting your region from sales prospecting, top of funnel lead gen and effective sales campaigns (from pain discovery, tech win and closed-won) 
  • Demonstrate a high degree of competitive and product knowledge including evolving technology trends across IT / Cyber security domains. 
Requirements
  • 10 years' experience as a senior director / regional VP with a proven team building track record. 
  • Proven experience and track working your region's channel partners, 
  • Hunter mentality  
  • Prior, successful experience selling IT and cyber security solutions to enterprise clients 
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise sales transactions (direct or through channel partners) 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Team player with a strong Startup mentality 
  • Grit
