BI Developer
with a background in B2B SaaS, who can design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the company.

This is a full hands-on role for a data professional with strong experience in designing and implementing BI solutions end-to-end. You will lead the development of ETL pipelines, data integration, data modeling, and monitoring solutions while ensuring a robust and scalable data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the entire BI stack end-to-end (Azure, MySQL, ADF, Power BI).
  • Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes using Azure Data Factory.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports as a core part of the role.
  • Own power BI (modeling and dashboards)
  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure data quality, integrity, and pipeline health.
  • Ensure compliance, security, and best practices in data engineering and BI development.
  • Continuously improve and scale data infrastructure to support company growth.
  • Building a semantic layer for future AI integration

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in BI Development or Data Engineering roles (preferably in a SaaS/B2B environment).
  • Mandatory knowledge in Azure cloud, Azure Data Factory, Power BI
  • SQL stored procedures, functions, and optimization
  • Power BI
    (DAX, modeling, performance tuning)
  • Strong understanding of ETL design, data modeling, and data warehouse architecture.
  • Hands-on experience managing data pipelines and troubleshooting performance issues.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of BI initiatives.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with SaaS business metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience with B2B companies
  • Experience in data governance and implementing BI best practices
