We are seeking a hands-on AI Lead Engineer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions while promoting their adoption and understanding across the company. This role demands deep technical expertise in AI development and Large Language Models (LLMs), combined with strong communication skills to translate complex AI concepts into tangible business value for internal stakeholders.

• Proven hands-on expertise in AI/ML development and deployment, with a strong background in designing, building, and maintaining AI systems and LLM-based NLP pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and NLP techniques, including transformers, embeddings, tokenization, classification, NER, summarization, and Question Answering (QA).
• Practical experience with generative AI, incorporating prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and fine-tuning models for production use.
• MLOps expertise, applying best practices for NLP workflows, including scalable deployment, continuous monitoring, and model evaluation in real-world production environments.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible applications, creating tangible value stories and practical solutions for business challenges.
• Collaborative mindset, working closely with engineering, product, and research teams to identify opportunities and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
• Strong communication and knowledge-sharing skills, including delivering demos, presentations, technical documentation, and training sessions to promote AI adoption across the organization.
• Commitment to continuous learning, staying up to date with the latest AI models, tools, and industry trends, and applying insights to influence the internal AI roadmap and foster a community of AI practitioners.
• Educational foundation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field; PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is highly valued.
• 5–7 years in AI/ML or related fields, with a demonstrated record of delivering high-performing, scalable, and impactful AI projects.
