What is the job:

Be part of our great bookkeeping team – working in an international and professional environment.
We are seeking an AP Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for local and foreign suppliers' records and payments, assist with optimizing processes and preparing reports as part of our bookkeeping department.  The position will include interfaces with other functions within the finance department and the rest of the organization.

What will you do?

  • Match invoices to purchase orders and line-item details.

  • Process accounts payable invoices and payments.

  • Reconcile credit card and Mesh account transactions on a monthly basis.

  • Assist with quarter-end closing, including reconciliation of accounts payable, prepaid expenses and prepayments.

  • Manage monthly closing and reporting to tax Authorities.

  • Support quarterly audits by preparing and organizing documentation.

What you need:

  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud systems is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail, organized and strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
