The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Product Manager with 1-2 previous roles of experience, ideally with platforms in the CRE or a closely related B2B SaaS financial/data analytics domain. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data to drive product decisions and eager to embrace Artificial Intelligence to enhance their workflow and our product offering. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our platform, from concept to launch and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity for a product manager who is "AI ready," meaning you are adept at utilizing AI tools to streamline your work, generate Proofs of Concept (POCs), explore agentic flows, and ultimately deliver innovative solutions to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and engage with customers and internal stakeholders to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the CRE asset management space.
• Define and own the product roadmap for specific features and modules, aligning with the overall product vision and company strategy.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog effectively.
• Utilize AI tools and methodologies to accelerate product discovery, prototype new ideas (generate POCs), and explore the potential of agentic AI within our platform.
• Analyze product data and user feedback to iterate on features and improve user experience.
• Support product marketing and sales teams with product knowledge and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of product management experience, with at least 1-2 previous roles focused on SaaS platforms, preferably in CRE tech, FinTech, or data-heavy enterprise solutions.
• Demonstrable experience in the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

AI-Ready Attributes:

• Proven ability or strong interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., LLMs, data analysis tools with AI features, no-code/low-code AI platforms) to enhance productivity in areas like research, documentation, and data analysis.
• Experience or a strong theoretical understanding of how AI can be used to generate POCs for new product features or concepts.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning about and implementing emerging AI technologies, including an understanding of or keen interest in agentic AI workflows and their potential applications in SaaS products.
• Ability to think critically about how AI can be ethically and effectively integrated into product solutions to deliver user value.
