We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Israel. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who loves recruiting and sees it as both an operational craft and a strategic partnership.
You'll lead end-to-end hiring for our Israel site while also supporting select global roles when needed. You'll be a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leaders, bringing deep market knowledge, structure, and insight to help them make great hiring decisions.
As part of NEXT's Global Talent team, you'll work closely with leaders across functions and geographies, playing a key role in building high-performing, diverse, and values-aligned teams that power our mission to help small businesses thrive.
What You'll Do:
Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across the Israel site.
- Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, design sourcing strategies, and ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Conduct thorough interviews and HR value-fit assessments to evaluate alignment with NEXT's culture, team dynamics, and leadership style.
- Perform structured reference checks to ensure quality and consistency in hiring decisions.
Act as a Strategic Talent Advisor
- Educate and guide hiring managers on market trends, compensation insights, and talent availability.
- Provide thought partnership when expectations are misaligned with market realities, helping leaders make informed, balanced decisions.
- Collaborate with global TA peers to share insights, best practices, and candidate pipelines.
- Bring rigor, structure, and organization to recruiting processes while maintaining flexibility for unique hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate data and metrics in our ATS to support transparency and compliance.
- Track and optimize KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Create an inclusive and positive experience for every candidate, from first interaction to offer stage.
- Communicate clearly and with empathy, ensuring all stakeholders feel supported and informed.
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve both candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Partner with Compensation & Benefits to align offers with market data and maintain pay equity.
- Work closely with DEI and People Experience teams to ensure fairness, inclusivity, and belonging in all hiring practices.
- Collaborate with People Partners to align talent strategies with broader organizational and team goals.
What We Need:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth or global tech environments.
- Proven ability to recruit for Israel-based roles, with experience supporting global hiring a strong advantage.
- Expertise in HR interviewing to assess cultural and value alignment for both company and team fit.
- Strong organizational and operational discipline, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strategic and consultative mindset with the ability to influence and build trust with leaders.
- Hands-on approach — energized by both execution and improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
