About the Role 

The successful BI Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence systems and solutions. As a BI Engineer, you will design, develop and implement business requirements into actionable insights that will serve multiple organizational stakeholders. This position offers an opportunity to build insightful data solutions in a rich data environment over modern big data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into BI solutions by collaborating with data scientists, business analysts, senior managers, and other organizational stakeholders.
• Build end-to-end data flows and data enrichment processes.
• Become a focal point for all data-related matters in the organization.
• Monitor and tune BI systems for optimal performance and scalability.
• Support and train end-users to maximize the effectiveness of BI solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a BI Engineer or a similar role, with a strong focus on building complex data pipelines. 
• Proficient in SQL
• Proficient in DWH methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with ETL\ELT Solutions (e.g., DBT, Airflow, Riveri)
• Great analysis abilities, energetic and fast learning with "make it happen" approach.
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively, thriving in high-pressure environments
• Independent and self-motivated
• Great communication skills
