We are looking for a candidate with the ability to thrive in an environment with complex software and hardware designs, take ownership and be responsible for the human-machine interface of a novel ophthalmic robotic platform. 

The Product Manager will help design the user interface of ForSight's products, both graphical and physical, based on a deep understanding of clinical needs and environment. The Product Manager will define the clinical requirements for our systems, design validation studies to demonstrate the device effectiveness and safety, and execute these studies.

● Design workflows and operational logic to meet the needs of the OR team.

● Define user requirements in collaboration with R&D and Regulatory Affairs.

● Illustrate design ideas using storyboards and process flows.

● Collaborate with industrial designers in designing physical interfaces (knobs, buttons, light indications etc.), and with graphical designers in designing graphical user interfaces.

● Closely work with software developers and testers to understand the technical implementation of complex features, clarify requirements, and help define test methods.

● Support the software development process in prioritization, sprint planning, features tuning, definition of done and more. 

● Analyze the risks involved in operating ForSight's product, potential user errors or misuse, and define control methods. 

● BSc/BA in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

● 3+ years of experience in Product Management for software-driven products.

● Superior ability to empathize with people and understand the human factor.

● Exceptional communication and collaboration skills—verbal, written, and presentation.

● Ability to work with and across various groups and levels of management within the organization, including other engineering groups, marketing, clinical, engineering, and regulatory.

● Ability to apply user-centered design and usability engineering principles for product research, development, and design.
