Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Django & Python Team Lead, based in Ramat Gan. The Team Lead will oversee and manage a development team, ensuring efficient collaboration and timely delivery of high-quality software projects. Responsibilities include designing and developing scalable software solutions using Python and Django frameworks, applying object-oriented programming principles, and contributing to front-end development tasks using technologies such as CSS. The role also involves mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative and productive development environment.

Qualifications

Over 5 years experience in backend - Must

Knowledge in Django and Python - Must

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in Software Development processes and best practices
  • Experience in Front-End Development, including knowledge of CSS and responsive design principles
  • Proven experience in Team Leadership and the ability to mentor team members effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
  • Familiarity with building and maintaining scalable systems is highly desirable
