We're looking for a
UX/UI Designer
to join our product team and help design clear, efficient, and scalable experiences for healthcare operations. This role focuses on strong execution, thoughtful UX decisions, and high-quality UI for complex, data-driven workflows in a fast-moving startup environment.

You'll work closely with product and engineering to turn real operational problems in healthcare into intuitive software used by operational teams.

What You'll Do

  • Design product features and workflows from early concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
  • Translate complex healthcare operations requirements into clear, usable, and efficient user experiences.
  • Design for data-heavy interfaces, including dashboards, tables, forms, and multi-step workflows.
  • Use and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency, clarity, and accessibility across the platform.
  • Produce clear, pragmatic design deliverables that support fast development cycles and iteration.
  • Work with vibe coding to prototype design concepts.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in UX/Product Design.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong UI execution and solid UX fundamentals across web-based products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows and information into intuitive interfaces.
  • Strong UI craft: layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing, and visual clarity.
  • Experience working with modern design tools and vibe coding tools.
  • Comfortable working in an iterative startup environment with evolving requirements and short delivery cycles.
  • Ability to execute independently on scoped work and collaborate effectively with product and engineering.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing healthcare, operations, or internal tools.
  • Experience with analytics, dashboards, or data visualization.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
