תחומי אחריות:

  • הובלת הצוות והובלת תהליכי פיתוח מקצה לקצה.
  • פיתוח, תכנון ויישום פתרונות טכנולוגיים.
  • עבודה שוטפת מול צוותי מוצר, QA, תשתיות וארכיטקטורה.
  • ביצוע Code Reviews, הנחיית מפתחים.ות ושיפור מתודולוגיות פיתוח.
  • אחריות לעמידה ביעדים, תכנון משימות, לו"ז ואיכות.

מה הדרישות שלנו?

  • שנתיים+ ניסיון בפיתוח Mainframe.
  • שנתיים+ ניסיון ניהולי.
  • הבנה מעמיקה בארכיטקטורת מערכות ליבה, אינטגרציות וסביבת Enterprise.

דרישות יתרון:

  • ניסיון בארגונים פיננסיים/בנקאיים
  • ניסיון ברגולציות פיננסיות והבנה עסקית.
  • ניסיון עם Agile.
