AI Business Applications Manager

What You'll Do

:Take full ownership of the organization's business applications (CRM, Customer Support, Financial Systems, etc.), act as applications and integrations admin product manager and developer

Oversee application lifecycle management, including upgrades, patches, and retiremen
- t.Ensure the security, integrity, and performance of all business application
- s.Vendor selection, oversee its outcome quality (design & tes
- t)Manage vendor relationships and contract
- s.Work closely with Data, BI, IT and AI Engineers to understand dependencie
- s.Create maintain and improve integrations between business application
- s.Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into application requirement
- s.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through application enhancements based on common business practic
- e.Design, Develop, Test and Implement changes on business applications
