Team8 is hiring an exceptional Business Operations Manager in Tel-Aviv.      

We're seeking a hands-on Business Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the Fintech Foundry. This role is about translating strategy into execution—building structure, driving operating rhythm, and ensuring focus, alignment, and follow-through across teams, partners, and funds.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Execution & Operating Rhythm: Build and manage quarterly and annual plans, define and track OKRs/KPIs, and maintain a real-time view of priorities, workloads, and execution risks across the Foundry.
  • Orchestrate Day-to-Day Operations: Connect initiatives across teams, surface bottlenecks early, rebalance resources, and ensure clear accountability and follow-through.
  • Enable Strategic Partner Engagements: Prepare and align internal teams and partners around clear objectives, drive disciplined follow-up, and translate engagements into tangible outcomes.
  • Run Fund Operations & Fundraising Execution: Support budgeting, investor reporting, governance processes, and the operational execution of fundraising activities in close collaboration with partners, finance, and legal teams.
  • Build Scalable Processes & Frameworks: Identify operational gaps and design cross-team processes, standards, and operating mechanisms that improve clarity, speed, and execution quality across the Foundry.

Who You Are

  • Hands-On Operator (3–5 Years Experience): Proven operational experience in business operations, chief–of–staff–type roles, or operating roles in high-growth startups or scale-up environments.
  • Execution-Driven & Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated experience owning execution end-to-end—building plans, running operating cadences, tracking KPIs/OKRs, managing dependencies, and driving follow-through in complex, fast-moving environments. Comfortable working with numbers, budgets, and financial reporting
  • Comfortable with Senior Stakeholders: Experience working closely with senior leaders (partners, founders, executives), translating decisions into execution, and managing priorities and follow-ups with confidence and maturity.
  • Strong Cross-Team Operator: Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and functions, identify bottlenecks and risks early, and keep initiatives moving forward without formal authority.

High Ownership, Clear Communicator & Big-Picture Mindset: Proactive, structured, and calm under pressure, with strong communication and presentation skills (excellent English), a hustler mentality, and the ability to balance execution detail with strategic perspective.
