התפקיד כולל אחריות מלאה לניהול שרשרת הרכש למרכיבי אלקטרוניקה ומכאניקה, עבודה מול ממשקים מרובים בארץ ובחו"ל, תוך שמירה על רמות מלאי אופטימליות, עמידה בלוחות זמנים ויעדי תקציב.

תחומי אחריות:

ניהול תהליך הרכש משלב קבלת הדרישה ועד אספקה: קבלת דרישות, קבלת הצעות מחיר, ביצוע השוואות ובחירת ספקים.

קיום מו"מ מסחרי וטכני עם ספקים בארץ ובחו"ל להשגת מחירים ותנאים מיטביים.

אחריות על איתור ובחינת ספקים חדשים בתחום האלקטרוניקה והמכאניקה בהתאם לדרישות החברה.

קריאת שרטוטים מכאניים ותרשימי רכיבים – לצורך התאמה בין דרישה טכנית למענה ספק.

עבודה שוטפת עם מחלקות הנדסה, תפעול, איכות ושרשרת אספקה.

מתן מענה לצרכים של לקוחות ביטחוניים, כולל הבנה בדרישות רגולטוריות וסטנדרטים ביטחוניים.

טיפול בהזמנות רכש, מעקב אחר מועדי אספקה, פתיחת מק"טים, וטיפול בהחזרות וחריגים.

עבודה במערכת ERP מסוג Priority ודיווחים באק

דרישות התפקיד:

ניסיון קודם של 3 שנים לפחות ברכש בתחום האלקטרוניקה וההרכבות – חובה.

ניסיון מוכח ברכש בארגון תעשייתי ביטחוני – יתרון משמעותי.

הכרות מעמיקה עם ספקים מתחום האלקטרוניקה בארץ ובעולם – חובה.

הבנה בקריאת שרטוטים מכאניים ותרשימי רכיבים – יתרון משמעותי.

אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד (דיבור, קריאה וכתיבה) – חובה.

שליטה מלאה באקסל כולל נוסחאות מתקדמות – חובה.

יכולת ניהול מספר משימות במקביל, עבודה בסביבה דינמית תחת לחץ ועמידה בלוחות זמנים.
