Operations
.
In this role, you will be the CEO's true right hand, helping keep day-to-day
priorities running smoothly, support initiatives, and take ownership on complex calendar
and meeting management, coordination across stakeholders and hands-on support for
office operations and related projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, priorities and daily schedule with excellent
- judgment and discretion
- Coordinate complex meetings across multiple time zones and stakeholders
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-ups, track action items and ensure
- execution
- Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and ensure they are completed end-to-end
- Support strategic initiatives by driving coordination, research and operational
- follow-through
- Partner with the Operations team to support office administration and daily
- operational needs
- Lead or support cross-functional operational projects as needed
- Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, company events, off-sites and visits
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in executive assistance, operations or similar roles
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and high-volume coordination
- Strong organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
- High levels of discretion, initiative, independence, and exceptional multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Strong collaboration skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Full proficiency in modern tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft tools, ect
