תיאור תפקיד

אדריכל/ית AI מוביל/ה את התכנון האסטרטגי והטכני של פתרונות בינה מלאכותית בארגון — מהגדרת חזון ודרישות, דרך תכנון אינטגרציה ואימוץ טכנולוגיות, ועד השקה, ניטור ותחזוקה. תפקיד שדורש שילוב של מומחיות טכנית, ראייה עסקית, ויכולת לעבוד עם צוותים חוצי־תחומים.

תחומי אחריות עיקריים


• גיבוש מפת דרכים (roadmap) ליישום AI כחלק מהאסטרטגיה העסקית.


• תכנון ארכיטקטורות AI מקצה-לקצה — pipelines של נתונים, מודלים, inference, APIs, ותשתיות.


• אינטגרציה של פתרונות AI עם מערכות קיימות בארגון (data systems, backend, BI וכו׳).


• הטמעה, הפעלה, ניטור ואופטימיזציה של מודלים — כולל ניהול חייהם (lifecycle), drift, שינויים בביצועים.


• הבטחת איכות, אבטחה, פרטיות ואתיקה — התייחסות לרגולציה, לשקיפות ולצדקיות במודלים (fairness, explainability).


• הדרכה, הנחייה ושיתוף ידע עם צוותים טכניים ועסקיים.

דרישות חובה


• תואר ראשון במדעי המחשב / הנדסה / מתמטיקה / סטטיסטיקה או תחום דומה; תואר שני יתרון.


• ניסיון מעשי של 5-8 שנים או יותר בפיתוח/ארכיטקטורה של מערכות AI / ML.


• שליטה בשפות תכנות כמו Python או Java, וניסיון עם frameworks כמו TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.


• הבנה טכנית בתשתיות חומרה (GPU וכו׳), microservices, Containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).


• יכולת תקשורת גבוהה — עם גורמים טכניים ועסקיים — ויכולת להנחות צוותים.

• ניסיון עם מודלים גדולים (LLMs), Generative AI, או NLP מתקדם.


• ניסיון ב-AutoML, טכניקות למידה לא מפוקחת, למידה מחוזקת (reinforcement learning).
