We are looking for a Data Operation Analyst to join our team
Responsibilities· Take full ownership of ensuring our customer-facing databases are always accurate and up to date by continuously monitoring external data changes and implementing
updates based on your insights.
· Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, while designing strategic, smart and automated solutions to prevent future challenges.
· Own the process of identifying, analyzing, and integrating new data sources to strengthen our information ecosystem.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including R&D, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to enhance efficiency, align efforts, and drive results that support company
goals.
· Develop deep expertise in the healthcare domain, including medical treatments, insurance, health funds, and patient assistance programs.
Requirements· At least 2 years of experience working in a data-driven environment.
· Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for data.
· Fluent or native-level proficiency in English.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Solid technical proficiency with tools such as SQL, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and online research platforms.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Comfortable managing a high-volume workload and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Creative, enthusiastic, and a true team player with a "can-do" attitude.
· Previous experience in healthcare or digital health is a significant advantage.
