What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    automation frameworks and test infrastructure
  • Write and maintain
    high-quality automated tests
    (API, integration, and UI)
  • Educate and collaborate with R&D teams
    on testing strategies, quality practices, and automation approaches
  • Shape
    automation architecture, design patterns, and development paradigms
  • Work closely with
    R&D teams daily
    in an Agile environment
  • Contribute to
    scalability, reliability, and quality improvements
    across the platform
  • Take ownership of
    automation solutions
    , from concept to production usage

Must-have requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in test automation
  • Strong Python experience (at least 3 years)
    and experience with
    TypeScript/Playwright
  • Experience testing
    API-first / backend-heavy systems
  • Ability to
    design test infrastructure
    , not just write test cases
  • Strong understanding of
    client–server architectures, microservices, and protocols
  • Experience integrating automation into
    CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong motivation to
    automate everything

Big advantages

  • Hands-on experience with
    Kubernetes (k8s)
    environments
  • Experience or strong interest in
    GitOps workflows
    (e.g., ArgoCD-style thinking)
  • Exposure to
    cloud-native automation
    in production-like systems
  • Experience with
