We are seeking an expert analytical specialist to lead, coordinate, and perform one of our lead projects aimed at engineering and optimizing novel enzymatic multi-step processes for the precise production of high-value molecules.About the roleThis role is for a skilled and talented scientist to lead a project optimizing enzymatic multi-step processes. Responsibilities include developing and executing quality control assays and analytical methods, ensuring compliance with industry standards. We seek a responsible, goal-oriented team player who can work independently.Your responsibilities will include:Plan, develop, and execute quality control and process control assays to support the R&D teamDesign Build and implement the Quality Control plan for Hyaluronic Acid production processesLead development and optimization of analytical assays in collaboration with R&D teamConduct Quality Control assays in accordance with USP and EDQM (Ph. Eur.) guidelinesManage and oversee external vendors performing analytical and quality assaysPresent activities, progress, and achievements in various formsQualifications:Ph.D. degree with at least 5 years of work experience in the industry or M.Sc. with >7 years experience in relevant industryExperience:Strong, hands‑on experience with HPLC (analytical, and method validation) - REQUIREDProven experience in development of analytical methods - REQUIREDProven experience in spectroscopic assays (UV‑Vis or fluorescence methods), FTIR and SEC-MALS analysis - ADVANTAGEFamiliarity with biophysical characterization of biopolymers (preferably Hyaluronic Acid) - ADVANTAGEExperience with assay validation, documentation, and compliance with GMP or ISO 13485 standards -  ADVANTAGEUnderstanding of polymer chemistry/biochemistry and related analytical methods -  ADVANTAGEPersonal Skills:Team player with good interpersonal skillsResponsible and goal-orientedCapacity to work under thigh scheduleAbility to work and think independentlyFast learner and well organized with the ability to keep accurate records
