What you will be doing:

As our Director of Sales, you'll lead and develop both Inside Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers, shaping the sales motion, implementing best practices, and building a scalable, data-driven process. This is a hands-on role — you'll own your own pipeline while guiding the team to consistently meet and exceed targets. Working closely with the CRO and other key stakeholders in marketing, revenue operations, product and customer success, you'll ensure strong alignment across go-to-market functions and help drive the company's growth strategy forward.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of Inside Sales and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Design and implement scalable, best-practice sales processes from prospecting through close.
  • Own and manage your personal sales pipeline while supporting team performance.
  • Drive achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals, ensuring pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
  • Partner closely with the CRO to shape the company's SaaS sales strategy and support the shift toward value-based selling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Product to align on go-to-market initiatives.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance and resource allocation.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a management role.
  • Proven success managing both Inside Sales and Field/Regional Sales teams.
  • Strong background in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish scalable sales processes and coach teams for performance.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
  • Based in Israel with the ability to travel abroad for conferences and customer meetings.
