We're looking for a
Business & Systems Analyst
to join our
Digital Team
and help shape the future of digital banking services in an amazing, innovation-driven organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze and challenge business requirements while designing optimized workflows and system integrations.
  • Define and document
    B2C
    and
    B2B
    processes, including digital self-service channels such as website, mobile app, branch and call center services, and SMS-based solutions.
  • Take part in the full product lifecycle — from understanding needs to designing digital solutions and leading cross-organizational discussions.
  • Collaborate with external partners, IT, and business units to deliver impactful digital experiences.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, or Information Systems –
    mandatory
    .
  • At least
    2 years of experience
    in
    systems analysis
    or
    digital product/service definition
    –
    mandatory
    .
  • Experience in a
    banking or financial organization
    –
    advantage
    .
  • Excellent analytical skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple interfaces in a dynamic environment.
